Join Highspring as a Salesforce-focused UX/UI Specialist to elevate user experience and drive effective data access solutions.
In this impactful role, you will collaborate on Salesforce transformation projects, enhancing usability and simplifying data access. Your involvement will include designing user-centered mockups, refining interfaces, and engaging with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful delivery within an Agile framework.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Product Owner for user-focused Salesforce solutions
• Create functional mockups and assist in proof-of-concept stages
• Enhance user interfaces and optimize Salesforce journeys
• Improve dashboards and visual data structures for usability
• Work with cross-functional business and technology teams
Requirements:
• Proven UX/UI design experience in digital transformations
• Ability to translate user needs into practical solutions
• Hands-on Salesforce configuration and design experience
• Solid collaboration and communication capabilities
• Adaptability to Agile work environments
