Position: Migration Specialist for Batch Scheduling
Capgemini is hiring a Migration Deployment Specialist to lead batch scheduling migrations to IBM Z Workload Scheduler. Your extensive IZWS knowledge will drive successful transitions.
In this position, you'll be responsible for executing migration activities across development, testing, and production environments. The ideal candidate has a robust background in mainframe systems, particularly in analyzing legacy platforms such as Jobtrac and ESP. You will partner with various application and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee batch workloads migration to IBM IZWS

• Analyze and translate legacy scheduling definitions

• Execute migration cycles focusing on validation

• Monitor batch workloads with TSO/ISPF tools

• Support efforts through the Dynamic Workload Console
Requirements:

• 5+ years in mainframe environments (OS/390, z/OS)

• 5+ years utilizing IBM Z Workload Scheduler

• Advanced skills in JCL and TSO/ISPF

• Strong communication skills for teamwork

• Knowledge in REXX scripting for efficiency
