Position: Customer Premise Network Architect Role
Join Cogeco and Breezeline as a Customer Premise Network Architect in Burlington, ON. Your expertise in telecommunications will enhance infrastructure for CPE solutions, ensuring top-notch performance and security.

In this key architect role, you’ll define and maintain CPE infrastructure across our networks. With over 10 years of telecommunications experience, you’ll manage RFI/RFP life cycles, develop secure access architectures, and collaborate with vendors to meet customer needs. This position will challenge you to innovate and improve technology solutions, utilizing your knowledge of DOCSIS, Linux, and network tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the RFI/RFP lifecycle for advanced hardware

• Deliver feedback on hardware/software alignment

• Draft technology solutions for customer requirements

• Oversee CPE lab budgets and upgrade paths

• Deploy firmware and troubleshoot interoperability issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering (asset)

• 10+ years in telecommunications

• Proficiency in DOCSIS and Linux

• Familiarity with SCTE standards and JIRA

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
