SAP Functional Analyst; Generalist - SD​/MM​/FICO

Position: SAP Functional Analyst (Generalist - SD/MM/FICO)
Our client in the manufacturing sector is seeking a full-time permanent SAP Functional Analyst to support and enhance their SAP S/4

HANA environment. This is a hands‑on SAP support and enhancement role focused on supporting integrated business processes across Sales & Distribution, Materials Management, and Finance within a live S/4

HANA manufacturing environment.

Hybrid – Burlington, ON
Responsibilities   Support and troubleshoot SAP business processes across SD, MM, and FICO modules in a live S/4

HANA manufacturing environment
Resolve production support issues, manage user tickets, perform root cause analysis, and support continuous improvement initiatives
Support integrated Order‑to‑Cash, Procure‑to‑Pay, and financial processes
Collaborate with cross‑functional business and technical teams to support operational stability and enhancements
Gather and translate business requirements into SAP functional solutions
Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and deployment validation
Assist with enhancements, configuration updates, and process improvements
Support EDI/IDOC troubleshooting and integration activities
Provide user support, documentation, training, and knowledge transfer
Requirements   5+ years of SAP functional experience across SD, MM, and/or FICO
Experience supporting live SAP S/4

HANA or ECC environments
Strong understanding of integrated SAP business processes
Experience supporting production incidents, troubleshooting, and enhancements
Understanding of integration points between SD, MM, PP, and FICO
Experience working directly with business stakeholders in manufacturing or industrial environments
Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
Ability to operate independently in a lean support environment with a high degree of ownership
Experience working in AMS/support environments with SLA‑driven ticket management
Nice to Have   

Experience with Variant Configuration (VC)
Exposure to manufacturing planning or production processes

Experience with SAP Fiori
Exposure to data migration or SAP enhancements
Manufacturing or distribution industry experience
