Key Responsibilities:
• Manage general Helpdesk queues for IT Support
• Administer, troubleshoot Windows, Linux, and macOS systems
• Deploy and manage end-user computing devices
• Ensure endpoint security and user account administration
• Contribute to IT projects and technology improvements
Requirements:
• Post-Secondary degree in Computer Science or related field
• 2-4 years of relevant IT experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite/Office 365
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a small team
