Customer satisfaction is paramount, and you will encourage feedback through CSAT surveys.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of service tickets

Requirements:

• IT degree or diploma, or 2 years of experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Windows operating systems

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 users and licensing

• Strong customer focus and attention to detail

• Ability to maintain calm and objectivity in client interactions
