Position: Technical Support Engineer for CAE Products
Advance your career at Cadence as a Technical Support Engineer dedicated to CAE products in Virtual Manufacturing and Costing. Support our simulation tools, including Simufact and FTI, and enhance user experience.

In this challenging role, you will provide comprehensive technical support to clients and sales teams internationally. Your responsibilities include creating training materials, documenting product issues, and delivering targeted training sessions. You will work collaboratively with various departments to drive continuous improvements in our offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical helpdesk support for customer inquiries

• Create and enhance training materials and application examples

• Lead training courses tailored to clients’ specific needs

• Manage service projects independently and autonomously

• Document issues and feedback for Product Development

Requirements:

• Up to 5 years of relevant CAE experience

• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes and simulation

• Strong business English skill—written and verbal

• Knowledge of Python, MATLAB, or similar languages an advantage

• Relevant degree in engineering preferred
