The Regional Market Lead - TPM for Canada is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing Technical Product Management capability within the Canada market. The role acts as the strategic and technical anchor for Canada, ensuring that global technology strategy and One Tru modernization objectives are translated into locally relevant market execution while reflecting Canadian business priorities, regulatory expectations, customer needs, bureau ecosystem complexity, platform modernization goals, and operational resilience requirements.

The Regional Lead is expected to deeply understand the Canada business landscape, current-state systems architecture, delivery dynamics, stakeholder environment, and modernization dependencies, serving as both a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to Canadian business, product, technology, and operations leadership. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

  • Lead and develop the Canada TPM function, driving consistent delivery practices, governance, and execution excellence across product and modernization initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary technical and strategic liaison for the Canada market, translating business priorities into technology roadmaps and actionable delivery plans.
  • Partner with business, product, engineering, architecture, and operations leaders to align regional needs with global technology and modernization strategies.
  • Provide oversight of regional portfolios, including prioritization, capacity planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, and delivery performance.
  • Champion PDLC governance, ensuring high-quality planning, execution, launch readiness, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Act as the Canada market advocate in global forums, representing regional priorities, regulatory considerations, customer needs, and modernization requirements.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement, executive communications, and decision-making through clear reporting, recommendations, and escalation management.
  • Oversee launch readiness, adoption, operational transition, and value realization for major product, platform, and modernization initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify platforms, improve resiliency, accelerate modernization, and enhance customer and business outcomes.
Conocimientos y experiencia requeridos
  • 15+ years of experience in product management, technical delivery, enterprise architecture, technology leadership, or large-scale transformation programs.
  • Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams, TPMs, product or technology leaders within complex, enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise platforms, system architecture, data and integration patterns, modernization initiatives, security, resiliency, and operational readiness.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into technology roadmaps, delivery plans, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience driving portfolio management, capacity planning, prioritization, dependency management, and launch readiness, and delivery governance.
  • Strong knowledge of Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) practices, including planning, traceability, quality gates, and execution governance.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to align business, technology, and operational leaders across regional and global teams.
  • Strategic, collaborative, and results-oriented leader with strong business acumen, sound judgment, and the ability to lead through complexity and ambiguity.
Compensación

The expected pay range for this position is $180,000 - $240,000 annually.
