City Application Analyst Role

Reporting to the Manager of IT Systems, you will work closely with internal teams and users to seamlessly support corporate and departmental applications. The role emphasizes integrating technologies and enhancing application usage through strategic lifecycle management. Your contributions will ensure compliance with evolving fire service protocols and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage application portfolio for Fire Dispatch Services

• Develop and maintain system integrations and interfaces

• Update dispatch workflows and operational parameters

• Identify opportunities for enhancing application capabilities

• Provide after-hours support for critical applications

Requirements:

• Degree/diploma in Information Technology or related field

• 4–7 years progressive experience in application support

• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and analytics tools

• Familiarity with public safety applications is an asset

• Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
