You'll engage with development teams, assist customers, and manage project defects while ensuring accurate documentation. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on technical customer support

• Conduct functional testing and validation of systems

• Collaborate with teams throughout the product lifecycle

• Document processes and testing procedures meticulously

• Troubleshoot hardware and software in lab environments

Requirements:

• Background in Software Validation or System Test Engineering

• Degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering preferred

• Familiarity with data communication and networking technologies

• Basic knowledge of Linux and system management tools

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
