Elevate data protection practices with MNP Digital as the Backup Operations & Recovery Lead. This key position emphasizes technical leadership and expertise in backup technologies for diverse clients.
The Backup Operations & Recovery Lead will be responsible for ensuring robust backup solutions through Veeam and Acronis in managed client environments. The candidate will engage across teams to resolve backup-related incidents while leading implementation and optimization efforts. Contributing to a culture valuing continuous improvement is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design and optimization of disaster recovery solutions
• Serve as the primary technical contact for backup failures
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and capacity planning
• Develop policies and standards for backup protocols
• Conduct change management and incident process collaboration
Requirements:
• 5–10 years supporting enterprise backup platforms
• Proven experience with Veeam and Acronis systems
• Familiarity with Power Shell and backup analytics
• Certifications in ITIL v4 and Veeam required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
