Position: Digital Marketing & CRM Specialist Role
Make an impact as a Digital Marketing & CRM Specialist with HIEC, specializing in audience engagement and digital performance in a hybrid work environment. Drive strategic initiatives forward.

This 18-month maternity leave position emphasizes both the creative and analytical elements of digital marketing. You will be charged with executing campaigns across various channels using Hub Spot CRM, while also focusing on continuous improvement of digital experiences. Collaborate with a team dedicated to connecting education and employment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies

• Manage Hub Spot campaigns and automation processes

• Analyze audience engagement and suggest improvements

• Create targeted content based on audience insights

• Support organizational initiatives and program launches

Requirements:

• 3–5 years in digital marketing or CRM

• Familiarity with Hub Spot or similar platforms

• Experience with digital marketing channels and analytics

• Strong communication and project management abilities

• Technical proficiency with digital tools and websites
