Position: IT Product Manager - City

As part of the Information Technology division, you will support the CIO by guiding product strategy and execution, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. This senior position involves coordinating with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in IT services while managing vendor relationships and promoting effective change management practices.

Your role will be instrumental in delivering measurable value across multiple initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide senior-level support on portfolio initiatives

• Lead digital product planning and implementation efforts

• Develop product roadmaps with internal and external partners

• Enhance transparency through IT cost modeling

• Monitor and report on product performance metrics

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field

• 5+ years in leading tech initiatives

• Strong Agile methodology experience

• Familiarity with various digital technologies

• PM certification is a plus
