As a pivotal member of our solutions team, you will serve as the primary technical contact throughout the pre-sales and deployment phases. You’ll leverage over five years of network architecture experience while working with broadcasters, media companies, and telecoms.
Your role will involve leading discovery sessions, developing tailored network designs, and presenting solutions to both technical and executive stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as primary technical contact during network projects
• Design scalable and resilient IP network architectures
• Conduct on-site and remote customer infrastructure assessments
• Develop network topology documents and proposals
• Present architecture recommendations to engineering and executive teams
Requirements:
• 5+ years in network architecture or engineering
• Strong IP networking and troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with SMPTE ST 2110 and NMOS
• Excellent communication skills with diverse audiences
• Willingness to travel to customer sites (20–40%)
