Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for Windows computers

• Provision laptops and IT equipment for new hires

• Conduct IT onboarding for new staff

• Create an inventory of devices and make recommendations

• Assist in setting up new workstations

Requirements:

• Experience in customer service or technical support

• Enrolled in or graduated from IT Support program

• Strong understanding of Windows operating system

• Knowledge of computer peripherals and network devices

• Valid Ontario Driver's License for occasional travel
