Lead Oracle Cloud Financials consulting with ERP implementation and client-facing advisory expertise vel 75% or more across project engagements.
As an Oracle Cloud Financials Manager, you will manage project teams through ERP governance, requirements definition, technology risk analysis, testing, implementation, training, and rollout. You will support Oracle Cloud Application Solutions for clients. The work includes business development assistance, engagement economics, resource planning, and change management. Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills are important for developing solutions to complex problems. You will collaborate with finance and technology executives, end users, and business subject matter experts.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage ERP project teams through agreed governance phases
- Define requirements and analyze technology risks
- Oversee customization, testing, implementation, training, and rollout
- Assist business development and specific RFP responses
- Plan resources and manage engagement economics
- Bachelor’s degree and approximately five years’ related experience
- Four years of external client-facing consulting experience
- Three or more Oracle Financial Applications implementations
- Minimum three full lifecycle implementations
- Willingness and ability to travel 75% or more
