Scanning Clerk, Evening Shift

• Hourly salary of $17.95.
• 3-month contract with the potential for permanent employment.
• Full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week.
• Afternoon shift from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm.
• In-office work model, 5 days per week.
• 2 weeks of morning-shift orientation and training.

• Open, prepare, and sort mail designated for digital imaging and subsequent processing.
• Analyze document content to identify the appropriate business unit.
• Apply the appropriate tracking methodology for specific mail streams and processes.
• Scan documents using high-speed scanners.
• Monitor workflow queues and troubleshoot imaging issues as necessary.

• 1+ year of experience operating office equipment and troubleshooting minor hardware and software issues.
• Ability to lift scanned boxes weighing approximately 20-30 lbs.
• Tech-savvy and quick learner with the ability to learn internal systems.

• Proven knowledge of all business unit document types.
• Demonstrated PC skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Critical attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Open communication and collaboration.
• Ability to work cohesively with colleagues toward shared goals.
