Reporting to the Regional Supply Chain Business Partner, you will be responsible for timely and effective flow of inventory into Wolseley branches.
Responsibilities- Create daily internal or external purchase orders for distribution center, hubs, and vendors to delivery locations.
- Create ad‑hoc purchase orders for non‑stock items on demand.
- Execute and minimize inventory exceptions in Slim 4 for your portfolio.
- Collaborate with demand planning and shared purchasing to recommend forecast and setting adjustments to maintain service levels while maximizing investment.
- Build and maintain vendor relationships to identify potential supplier issues and execution disruptions.
- Recommend replenishment paths to improve efficiencies, fill rate, inventory investment, profitability, and purchasing compliance.
- Consistently demonstrate a customer‑service attitude, sense of urgency, and develop rapport with branch contacts, cross‑functional teams, and vendors.
- Follow Shared Purchasing SOPs and adhere to purchase approval guidelines.

- Minimum bachelor’s degree required.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in supply‑chain planning, customer service, or replenishment in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
- Experience with DRP tools/forecasting software.
- Working knowledge of warehouse and inventory control policies, processes, and procedures.
- APICS, CSCL, or comparable designation an asset.
- Bilingualism in English and French is an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build productive relationships in a team environment.
- Ability to partner with business stakeholders to deliver goals.
- Highly organized in prioritizing work and time management.

Base salary: $65,000 – $75,000 & 5% MIP bonus. The total compensation range posted represents the total compensation opportunity, which may include base wage, bonuses, commissions, and/or other monetary components, if applicable.
