Position: Innovative Strategic Sourcing Associate Role
Contribute to healthcare procurement solutions as a Strategic Sourcing Associate with Mohawk Medbuy. This full-time position supports the Indirect Spend team, focusing on procurement process optimization.

You will collaborate with the Senior Manager or Director and handle all elements of the RFP process and contract management. Essential tasks include developing and managing procurement documentation and facilitating effective communication with members and suppliers, leveraging your insights into procurement systems and tendering platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all procurement initiatives and member interactions

• Develop and manage all necessary procurement documentation

• Schedule and lead proponent meetings

• Ensure compliance with bidding processes and regulations

• Analyze bids and support contract evaluations

Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of sourcing experience

• Post-secondary education in a relevant field

• Proficient in MS Office and electronic tendering systems

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
