This is an excellent opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented logistics professional with experience in shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, inventory coordination, and transportation documentation. In this role, you will support daily warehouse and logistics operations while ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.
- Pay Rate: $20/hour
- Location: Burlington, ON
- Shift: Monday to Friday | 8:30 AM - 5 PM
- Job type: Temporary with possibility to become Permanent | Full-time

Shipping & Order Fulfillment
- Assemble and prepare customer orders for shipment and delivery
- Coordinate shipping methods and transportation arrangements
- Prepare bills of lading, shipping labels, and related transportation documents
- Track shipments and assist with tracing customer packages as required
- Coordinate with shipping companies to ensure timely deliveries
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments
- Assist with inventory control and order tracking activities
- Process customer returns and maintain supporting documentation
- Place product orders and track purchase orders through internal systems
- Prepare customs documentation and export paperwork as required
- Enter and maintain shipping, receiving, and purchase order information
- Process daily and monthly customer statements
- Support logistics planning activities and maintain accurate records
- Assist with preparing materials and supplies for events, training sessions, trade shows, and conventions
- Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and transportation providers
- Support customer service activities related to shipping and order inquiries
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures
- Support additional warehouse and logistics activities as required
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2-4 years of experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, warehouse operations, order fulfillment, or related administrative roles
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs
- Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
