Position: Logistics Coordinator
Location: Burlington, ON
Salary: $25-$27/hour
Job Type: 12-Month Contract
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-3:00 PM

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our Burlington team. This is a hands‑on role supporting daily inbound and outbound shipments, inventory, order processing, and shipping documentation. The ideal candidate is organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a warehouse environment.

- Send emails with order and shipment details to customers, carriers, and partners.
- Arrange shipment pickups and drop‑offs.
- Create sales orders and commercial invoices.
- Manage and track inbound and outbound shipments.
- Prepare small Fed Ex and air shipments and manage all tracking.
- Track inventory and update inventory records.
- Prepare and submit paperwork for duty drawback claims.
- Coordinate documentation for cross‑border shipments.
- Work with carriers and internal teams to ensure shipments are completed accurately and on time.
- 2+ years of experience in logistics, shipping, order processing, or a related role.
- Experience with inbound/outbound shipments and shipment tracking.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working in a hands‑on warehouse environment.
- Experience with commercial invoices and shipping documentation.
- Safety shoes/boots required.
