Strategic Sourcing Specialist Redevelopment

Lead construction procurement for Mohawk Medbuy Corporation’s Redevelopment team, applying competitive RFx expertise from Toronto or Burlington offices. Support hospitals through transparent sourcing and responsive supplier service.

This full-time Strategic Sourcing Specialist reports to the Senior Manager of Redevelopment. You will procure construction, architectural, and engineering services for member hospitals. The work combines sourcing strategy, contract development, stakeholder facilitation, supplier management, and regulatory compliance.

• Manage open and invitational competitive RFx processes
• Facilitate sourcing strategies for single and multi-hospital events
• Prepare compliant procurement documents for Member requirements
• Engage vendors to finalize CCDC, OAA, and ACEC contracts
• Maintain sourcing timelines, reporting, and project records

• Post-secondary education or equivalent education and experience
• Three to five years in public procurement and negotiations
• Two years in construction, architectural, or engineering procurement
• Understanding of Canadian construction bidding legal requirements
• Strong English communication, analytical, and organizational skills
