Tradeshow Logistics Assistant Evertz

Tradeshow logistics and inventory expertise support Evertz events from its Burlington, Ontario office. Coordinate equipment, shipping, customs, and deployment details.
The Tradeshow Assistant supports Evertz at NAB, IBC, ISE, and Info Comm. This in-office position coordinates equipment, materials, logistics records, shipping documentation, customs paperwork, and return schedules. You will collaborate with Logistics, Demo, Product Management, and Engineering teams while managing multiple deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate equipment and materials for domestic and international trade shows
Maintain inventory, shipping, event, and return records
Prepare packaging, labeling, documentation, and inventory verification
Coordinate customs paperwork and freight schedules with Logistics
Track returns and account for all event assets
Requirements:
Strong organizational and project coordination skills
Exceptional attention to detail across multiple deadlines
Microsoft Office proficiency, including Excel, Visio, Word, and Outlook

Experience with logistics, inventory, shipping, or event coordination preferred
Occasional travel and hands-on lifting ability
Bring organized logistics coordination, inventory control, and shipping support to Evertz trade shows from Burlington, Ontario.
