Position: Mobile Cleaner Opportunity

As a Mobile Cleaner at Homestead, you will support the cleanliness and presentation of shared spaces on a full-time basis. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can perform cleaning tasks efficiently and safely, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sweep, mop, and dust assigned areas thoroughly

• Maintain cleanliness in elevators, lounges, and laundry rooms

• Clean tenant units upon vacancy, focusing on kitchens and bathrooms

• Execute winter snow removal tasks

• Complete other assigned cleaning duties

Requirements:

• Preferred experience in professional cleaning services

• Ability to lift up to 20 kg, including cleaning supplies

• Strong commitment to detail and efficient work practices

• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle access

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
