This role offers 40 hours a week plus on-call work responsibilities.

As a Mobile Building Operator, you will flexibly work throughout various properties, addressing immediate needs for maintenance, tenant administration, and cleaning.

Your role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for residents while managing safety and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure cleanliness in common areas and corridors

• Prepare units for incoming residents with attention to detail

• Address minor work orders for plumbing and electrical issues

• Effectively resolve tenant concerns and questions

• Maintain safety logs and respond to emergencies

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in property management or maintenance

• Strong communication skills with residents

• Willingness to be on-call and manage schedules
