Position: Cleaner Role with Homestead Land Holdings
Join the Homestead Land Holdings Limited team as a Mobile Cleaner in Burlington! This full-time role is essential for keeping our residential spaces clean and safe for all occupants.

The Mobile Cleaner will work 40 hours per week, including weekend shifts every other week. You will be responsible for cleaning common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and laundry rooms, while ensuring garbage and recycling areas are well-kept. Your commitment to cleanliness and customer service will help maintain a positive living environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Regularly sweep, mop, dust, and vacuum designated areas

• Clean elevators, lounges, and tenant units after vacancies

• Maintain the cleanliness of laundry and fitness rooms

• Assist in snow removal during winter months

• Carry out related duties as needed

Requirements:

• Prior professional cleaning experience is a plus

• Capacity to lift 20 kg items

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
