Residential Cleaning Position

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean lobbies, elevators, and washrooms with precision

• Maintain cleanliness of vacant apartments

• Dispose of garbage and flyers appropriately

• Identify repairs or hazards for management follow-up

• Work collaboratively with team members and management

Requirements:

• High school education as a minimum

• Preference for prior cleaning experience

• Ability to handle physical tasks including lifting 50lbs

• Strong decision-making and organizational skills

• Compliance with health and safety standards
