In this role, you will oversee facility maintenance and tasks for assigned stores, collaborating with the Facilities Manager for optimal service delivery. You’ll utilize Service Channel to manage work orders and vendor communications, aiming for cost efficiency and improved customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and prioritize incoming repair requests efficiently
• Collaborate with Burlington Facilities associates for support
• Review vendor proposals to confirm competitive pricing
• Communicate with stores regarding ongoing repairs
• Provide after-hours support to stores and vendors
Requirements:
• High School Degree;
Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3-5 years’ experience in facilities maintenance
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Project management skills required
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
