Position: MOVATI Athletic Facility Technician Opening
Help establish a premier fitness environment at MOVATI Athletic as a Facility Technician in Burlington, Ontario. Your work will ensure that facilities are both appealing and functional, creating a great member experience.

In this critical role, you will manage building systems through maintenance and repairs, ensuring everything is in optimal working order. You'll handle HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, and perform inspections while adhering to health and safety practices. Your expertise in facility maintenance is essential to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain building assets to high standards

• Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections regularly

• Resolve operational outages in a timely manner

• Work with contractors to ensure quality repairs

• Follow Health and Safety protocols consistently

Requirements:

• Certification as a Class II Building Environmental Systems Operator

• Three years of continuous building maintenance experience

• Proficient in HVAC and plumbing systems

• Prior pool operation knowledge preferred

• Excellent communication skills and ability to read blueprints
