Key Responsibilities:
• Directly manage a team of Regulatory Affairs Specialists
• Set priorities for regulatory compliance activities
• Implement process improvements across the department
• Guide new product compliance with current regulations
• Monitor CEPA and TSCA compliance for product safety
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field
• Minimum 10 years' experience in regulatory roles
• Strong background in CEPA and TSCA compliance
• Proven ability to develop high-performing teams
• Bilingual in French and English is required for some roles
