Opportunity
As a key member of the Production team, you will maintain high manufacturing efficiencies while delivering a quality product in a safe and clean environment.
Starting Rate
$24/hr
Shift Available
7:00 am – 3:15 pm
3:00 pm – 11:15 pm
11:00 pm – 7:15 am
Key
Duties & Responsibilities
Set up machines (calibration, cleaning, etc.) to start a production cycle.
Control and adjust knob speed as required.
Maintain equipment and machinery so they can operate safely.
Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws.
Train and oversee other or new employees on low-speed lines.
Maintain understanding of operating procedures for the line.
Propose improvements to the process or machines as needed.
Operate line in accordance with all company Health & Safety rules.
Keep records of approved and defective units or final products.
Maintain activity logs.
Qualifications & Experience
1–2 years of experience as a machine operator.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree is a plus.
Ability to operate machines safely with minimal supervision.
Understanding of production procedures.
Outstanding attention to detail with the ability to understand mechanics and technical tasks.
Ability to identify issues or problems in operations or maintenance.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
Teamwork and communication skills.
Physical stamina and strength.
