This critical role requires overseeing multiple teams including Production, Maintenance, and Process, ensuring safety, productivity, and quality control. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain safe production environments with the food safety team

• Manage Production, Maintenance, and Process teams effectively

• Ensure strict adherence to quality standards in manufacturing

• Oversee daily production efficiency and timelines

• Lead the implementation of KPIs for throughput and yield

Requirements:

• University degree in Engineering or Business Administration

• 10+ years of management experience in plastics or food

• Minimum 5 years as a plant manager in relevant fields

• Experience with Six Sigma or ISO/SKF preferred

• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
