Role

Purpose:

The Compo under batches a large variety of raw material to create cosmetic, toiletry, and drug product formulas in accordance with the company SOP's, GMP's and government regulations.

Timing:
Night

Shift: 10:30pm- 6:45am

Key

Duties and Responsibilities:

Plans and coordinates equipment and facility requirements to meet short and long termschedulingobjectives.

May assist in developing more junior staff through training.

Improves the profitabilitybyoutput and efficiency of thebatch.

FollowsGMP procedures in compliance with government and corporate regulations/guidelines.

FollowsSOP's in compliance with government GMP's and corporate objectives.

Ensures the schedule is followed to meet set timelines.

Responsibilities may includemanufacturing pilot batches and participating in troubleshooting problem batches.

Qualifications and

Experience:

B.Sc. in Sciencesis desired but not required.

3+ years of compounding experience.

The ability to multi-task and work under pressure

Basic math skills

Problem solving,decisionmakingskillsandtroubleshootingcapabilities

Physical Demands:

Standing and walking for extended periods of time

Lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds

Pushing and pulling up to 50 pounds

Repetitive movement over extended periods
