This role is vital as you oversee operations supporting the manufacturing and assembly of specialized tools for the nuclear sector. With a decade of experience in manufacturing processes, your focus on quality and safety will be critical. Engage in continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating with engineering and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee manufacturing, fabrication, and assembly operations
• Coordinate safety and budget considerations for work assignments
• Develop new processes and enhance operational efficiency
• Assemble and test specialized tools for nuclear applications
• Liaise with various stakeholders to resolve production issues
Requirements:
• 10+ years' experience in manufacturing or related environments
• Relevant post-secondary education in Mechanical Engineering or similar
• Knowledge of welding, fabrication, and inspection techniques
• Proficient in interpreting technical documents
• Familiarity with CAD software is a plus
