Chemical Handling Shipper Receiver Role

MKS Instruments is looking for a skilled Shipper Receiver specialized in chemical handling. Focus on safety and precise inventory control at Atotech Canada Ltd.

In this role, you’ll manage the shipping and receiving functions essential for operations. From inspecting incoming materials to ensuring safe unloading of chemicals, attention to detail is paramount. Candidates should be experienced with warehouse practices and proficient with SAP entries, emphasizing safety at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections on incoming and outgoing materials

• Ensure accurate SAP documentation for shipping and receiving

• Safely unload bulk chemicals and monitor compliance

• Manage re-labeling and housekeeping tasks

• Communicate issues directly with relevant departments

Requirements:

• Significant forklift handling experience essential

• Strong decision-making and safety procedure knowledge required

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs comfortably

• Understanding of WHMIS and chemical handling principles beneficial

• Excellent time management skills needed
