Position: Continuous Improvement Specialist at Precision Record Pressing

As a key member of our team, you will report directly to the VP of Operations and act as a central figure in ensuring cross-departmental alignment on improvement initiatives. This full-time, permanent role requires a highly motivated individual focused on accountability and actionable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough investigations into production and workflow inefficiencies

• Organize RCA sessions to address root causes of delays

• Document and implement optimal solutions for identified issues

• Collaborate across teams to enhance customer service and quality

• Sustain performance tracking of internal processes and improvement measures

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in Process Improvement or Continuous Improvement

• Experience in leading RCA project groups effectively

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to navigate complex issues

• Proficiency in using ERP systems, Google Sheets, and Excel

• Excellent communication skills for presenting findings
