Working closely with Village Church Planting Supervisors, this role involves supporting national church planters in their mission. You'll need to travel internationally 2-4 times per year, while maintaining regular prayer and communication from home. This position caters to candidates fluent in English or French.
Key Responsibilities:
• Train national pastors in church planning techniques
• Encourage and empower church leaders
• Provide accountability and vision casting
• Facilitate regular prayer support sessions
• Travel to assigned mission areas periodically
Requirements:
• Experience in pastoral or ministry work
• Commitment to a consistent prayer life
• Willingness to engage in international travel
• Ability to equip and motivate others
• Active membership in a local evangelical church
