NSWOC Registered Nurse in Home Care

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with nursing standards in patient care

• Provide leadership in the absence of the Director of Care

Requirements:

• Registered with approved professional institutions

• Must have a Wound Certificate

• Previous experience in community or long-term care necessary

• Strong team collaboration and communication skills

• Ability to think critically and prioritize effectively
