Position: Visiting RN for ParaMed Home Health

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments to tailor care plans

Requirements:

• Registration with CNO as a Registered Nurse

• Valid driver's license and vehicle access

• Community care experience preferred

• Flexibility and reliability in scheduling
