Position: Pediatric RN Community Role at ParaMed
As a Pediatric RN in a community setting with Para Med, experience the fulfillment of compassionate nursing. This full-time position offers autonomy and the chance to support children in their homes.

In this nursing role, scheduled visits allow you to address the complex needs of pediatric patients. You will use assessment tools, engage collaboratively with patients, and maintain professional documentation. Para Med commits to providing a supportive work environment and exceptional training resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess individualized patient needs with proper tools

• Continuously implement and oversee care plans

• Foster engagement through trusted relationships with patients

• Document patient interactions and care developments accurately

Requirements:

• Current CNO registration as a Registered Nurse

• Valid driver’s license and vehicle access required

• Community care experience is preferable

• Demonstrated reliability and flexibility

• Required on-call availability for patient safety
