Compassionate Registered Practical Nurse

Position: Compassionate Registered Practical Nurse Needed
Take on a rewarding role as a Registered Practical Nurse at Wellington Park Care Centre with part-time hours from 2 PM to 10 PM. Play a key role in our commitment to compassionate care.

In your role as a Registered Practical Nurse, you will report to the Director of Care and be pivotal in delivering essential nursing services. You'll have the chance to interact meaningfully with residents while leading a team focused on exceptional care standards. Your contributions will help build a nurturing environment for both residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and adjust individualized care plans for residents

• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams

• Lead and evaluate PSW team activities

• Keep accurate records of resident care

• Facilitate effective communication with residents and families

Requirements:

• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Experience in long-term care is beneficial

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• RAI-MDS certification needed within one year

• Clear vulnerable sector check and recent TB test required
