Overnight Registered Practical Nurse

Provide overnight nursing care at The Williamsburg in Burlington using clinical knowledge, critical thinking, and compassionate communication.

Cogir Senior Living seeks a full-time Registered Practical Nurse for planned, patient-oriented, goal-directed care. You will support residents through a holistic, resident-centred approach while communicating effectively with families and multidisciplinary teams. The position includes evaluating care plans, documenting clinical assessments, and guiding care providers.

• Provide planned, patient-oriented, goal-directed nursing care
• Implement and evaluate resident care plans
• Complete accurate clinical assessments and documentation
• Communicate resident changes to families and teams
• Teach, delegate, and coach unregulated care providers

• Current provincial Registered Practical Nurse registration
• Sound clinical knowledge and critical thinking skills
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification
• Vulnerable Sector Check within six months, or willingness to obtain
