Key Responsibilities:- Assess adult and geriatric medicine patients
- Identify problems and apply critical thinking
- Coordinate patient care plans and safety huddles
- Delegate responsibilities and assign patients safely
- Promote best practices and policy adherence
- Current College of Nurses of Ontario registration
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
- Recent acute medicine or geriatric nursing experience
- Coronary Care Nursing 1 preferred or required within one year
- Strong communication, teamwork, organizational, and leadership skills
