Acute medicine nursing experience meets a temporary part-time Registered Practical Nurse assignment at Joseph Brant Hospital in Burlington, Ontario.

Working in Acute Medicine 7S, you will provide care for adult and geriatric medicine patients. The position requires assessment, problem identification, critical thinking, decision making, and rehabilitative approaches to patient care. You will work with patients, families, peers, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

Requirements:

Current College of Nurses of Ontario registration
Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
Recent acute medicine or geriatrics nursing experience
Coronary Care Nursing 1 preferred or required within one year
Strong communication, teamwork, organizational, and leadership skills
