Position: Dayforce QA Consultant for Payroll Modernization
Join Brunel as a Dayforce QA Consultant, driving a major payroll modernization project in the public sector. Bring your strong payroll testing expertise to our established Quality Engineering team.

In this role, you will execute comprehensive manual testing activities across enterprise payroll workflows. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of payroll validation processes, strong manual QA capabilities, and experience within structured delivery environments. Your contributions will be pivotal to the transformation program and ensure successful deployment of integrated systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute end-to-end manual QA and testing across payroll workflows

• Conduct parallel payroll validation and reconciliation testing

• Develop and run test scenarios, cases, and validation scripts

• Perform functional, integration, and regression testing

• Track defects from identification through to resolution

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of QA/testing in enterprise contexts

• Recent Dayforce testing experience required

• Strong manual QA and end-to-end testing expertise

• Experience with payroll testing and parallel validation

• Must be eligible for PSPC Reliability Clearance
