Are you an detail-oriented professional with a passion for precision and quality excellence? We are currently seeking a dedicated Final Quality Inspector to join a premier client’s team in Burlington, Ontario. As a key player in our manufacturing & logistics division, the Final Quality Inspector will ensure that every finished product leaving the facility meets the highest standards of safety, compliance, and dimensional accuracy.

Working in a fast-paced production environment, this role is essential to maintaining customer satisfaction and protecting our client's reputation for manufacturing excellence.

In this role as a Final Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for verifying that all manufactured parts and assemblies conform to the exact technical specifications detailed in work orders and sales orders. You will act as the final line of defense, utilizing precision measurement instruments and technical blueprints to guarantee quality before shipment. Day Shift, Monday to Friday from 6:45 am to 3:15 pm
Pay Rate - $22.75
Location - Burlington

Responsibilities
Proven experience as a Final Quality Inspector or Quality Inspector within a manufacturing environment.

• Highly experienced in reading complex technical blueprints and engineering drawings.

• Inspect finished products for conformity to work order specifics and established quality standards.

• Utilize precision measuring tools and equipment to assess dimensional accuracy, visual and overall product quality.

• Report any non-conformity to Quality Assurance and internal teams to facilitate corrective action.

• Conduct visual inspections to identify defects, damages, or deviations from established standards.

• Strong familiarity with product inspection within a fast-paced machine shop or sheet metal environment.

• Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel) and hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP software.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, as regular cross-functional collaboration is required.

• Strong analytical mindset with a sharp eye for visual defects and minor dimensional deviations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Final Quality Inspector or Quality Inspector within a manufacturing environment.

• Highly experienced in reading complex technical blueprints and engineering drawings.

• Proficient in using basic and advanced measuring devices, including micrometers, vernier calipers, tape measures, and thread gauges.

• Strong familiarity with product inspection within a fast-paced machine shop or sheet metal environment.

• Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel) and hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP software.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, as regular cross-functional collaboration is required.

• Strong analytical mindset with a sharp eye for visual defects and minor dimensional deviations.
