Senior Engineer - Quality and Reliability

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer return resolutions and containment actions

• Drive sustainable corrective actions with partners

• Initiate continuous improvement projects via Six Sigma

• Influence product quality in new introductions and assessments

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering

• At least 10 years in semiconductor or optical manufacturing

• Strong foundation in analog circuit and signal integrity concepts

• Proficient in ISO
9001 and problem-solving methodologies

• Strong customer relations and communication skills
