Quality and Safety Supervisor

Position: Quality and Safety Supervisor at DCM
DCM seeks a full-time Supervisor for Environmental, Health & Safety and Quality in Brampton/Burlington, ON. This hybrid position focuses on quality management and safety compliance.

You will be instrumental in developing and maintaining EHSQ systems across the organization as a Supervisor. This role involves leading compliance efforts with ISO 9001, and supporting ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 frameworks. You will also engage with teams for incident management and safety training initiatives while working onsite at Brampton and Burlington.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain compliance with ISO 9001 across sites

• Manage customer quality issues and corrective actions

• Lead root cause analyses and preventive measures

• Monitor and enhance Health and Safety performance

• Provide reporting on EHSQ trends to leadership

Requirements:

• 3–5 years in a relevant manufacturing or production environment

• Knowledgeable in ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards

• Experience with certification processes like FSC or SGP

• Strong communication abilities for diverse teams

• Focused on continual improvement and risk management
