In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with development and project management teams to shape test designs for new features. You'll analyze test results, document defects, and advocate for best practices throughout the development lifecycle. Utilize your skills to ensure software quality while contributing to automation strategies and continuous improvement efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with teams for feature understanding and updates
• Develop test designs, scenarios, and checklists
• Execute manual tests and perform regression testing
• Advocate for quality assurance best practices
• Generate reports on software quality and findings
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline
• 3+ years of Quality Assurance experience
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Familiarity with test automation preferred
