Dishwasher

We are currently hiring for dishwashers for our client in the Burlington area

- Must be available to work FT (35+hrs/week) and an open availability.

Job Duties includes:
Maintains a clean supply of dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, and trays that comply with Food Safety Standards.

- Washes dishes, glassware, and flatware in a properly maintained dish machine and washes and sanitizes pots, pans, and utensils by hand.

- Cleans, operates and maintains equipment according to safety, health and sanitation laws and guidelines standards.

- Maintains a clean restaurant by removing all used dishes, pots, pans, utensils, silverware, and trays to the dish room and returning them to the prep and serving areas once clean.

- Follows food handling, health, safety, hygiene and sanitation regulations and guidelines.

- Removes and empties trash following waste management and environmental policies.

- Ensures proper use of chemicals for dishwashing equipment and cleaning.

Full time positions available.

Morning Shifts Available

Wage $17.20/hr

Responsibilities
Collect tray trolleys in both dining areas
Lobby cleaning, bussing/clearing tables during all open hours for SWR
Daily maintenance of dish room, including pre-shift tasks and equipment cleaning
Maintains a clean supply of dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, and trays that comply with Food Safety Standards.
Maintains a clean restaurant by removing all used dishes, pots, pans, utensils, silverware, and trays to the dish room and returning them to the prep and serving areas once clean
Performs Dish Room opening and closing routines as assigned

Qualifications
- Must be available to work FT (35+hrs/week) and an open availability
- Previous experience working in a restaurant environment/ Kitchen
- Previous experience working with food and food safety guidelines
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Must be physically capable and able to walk, stand, and lift
